Flight Ticketing Refund Policy

Cancellations and Refunds

According to the guidelines provided during the booking process, customers may request refunds and cancellations for their airline tickets.

Dependent on the type of fare, airline regulations, and any relevant fees, there may be variations in the eligibility for and amount of the refund.

Refund Processing Time

Within two business days following the date of receipt, refund requests will be handled.

Non-Refundable Tickets

Processing Fees

Refund transactions may be subject to a processing fee. Throughout the return procedure, the customer will be made fully aware of any fees that may apply.

Refund Policy for Visa Processing Fees

In the event that visa processing has not been initiated, clients qualify for a refund amounting to 70% of the Visa Processing fees.

Refund for Conference/Vacation Package

For conference or vacation packages, the deposit is non-refundable.

 

Study Abroad Program Refund Policy

Application and Service Fees

Unless otherwise specified, application and enrollment fees are non-refundable. The administrative expenses related to reviewing applications and securing placements are covered by these fees.

Program Fees

The conditions specified in the study abroad agreement must be met in order to be eligible for a program fee refund.

Refund requests need to be made in writing, and they will be evaluated according to the program’s cancellation policy and the time of the request.

Program Cancellations

In the unlikely event that the organization cancels a study abroad program, qualified participants will be reimbursed in full for their program expenses.
